We will ship your order as quickly as possible. We craft your skin care in small batches and although we strive to keep everything in stock, we do run out of products now and then. Chances are, your order will ship the next day, but please allow 2-7 business days for us to carefully create, pack and ship your products. Once your order ships, delivery time depends on where you live.
We are located in a small town in Central Oregon. Free Shipping orders ship via USPS (US Postal Service). They transport your package over a mountain pass (Mt. Hood) to the USPS center in Portland. Once there, your package is driven to your doorstep. This process (quite miraculously) can take just 2-7 days.

FedEx Ground, FedEx Express, 2 Day and Overnight Orders:
We prioritize express ship orders, but please remember that we're a small company and it still may take a few days for your order to leave our shop.
Returns & Exchanges
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund*. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
*Other brands, including but not limited to Axiology Lipsticks, David's Toothpaste and Jane Iredale Products: Due to the nature of these products, we are unable to offer refunds. However, we are happy to replace any item that is defective or damaged. Our goal is to make sure you are happy with your purchase and we aim for 100% customer satisfaction.
You should expect to receive your refund or exchange within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5-10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3-5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3-10 business days).
If you need to return an item in our online store, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Completed Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Follow the easy instructions there. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
If you bring an item to our Bend retail store or one of our other retailers, we are happy to offer you a refund or exchange at that time.
SALE ITEMS: Items purchased on sale will be refunded or exchanged at the sale price.
