How do I redeem my Green Points?
Once you accumulate 50+ Points (= $0.50) you can start using them!
Online: Login to your online account. If you have 50+ points, you'll see the option to use them during checkout.
*You must have an account to accumulate and use your points.
Do My Green Points expire?
Yes, after six months of inactivity points will expire. You will receive an email reminding you it’s time to use your points.
What happens to my points if I make a return?
All points will be deducted from your account if a product is returned.
Where do I find my Green Points account information?
Simply login to your account on our website to access your order history and rewards.
Why aren’t my Green Points showing up on the Checkout Page?
Your Green Points total will appear for use on the Checkout Page, just under the Discount Code box, once you have 50+ points.
Points can not be stacked on top of other sales, discounts and specials.
- If we’re running a special or sale (for example, a Storewide sale or GWP- Gift With Purchase), you can use either your points or receive the sale pricing or GWP.
- If you type a Discount Code into the box provided, your points will disappear and will not be available to use for that purchase.
- Points expire after 6 months of inactivity.
